Some afternoons the sky is so beautiful I don’t mind that the shelling isn’t the best. I’m not saying that there weren’t any shells at all because we found one or two WHELKS and CONCHS by digging them up.
This was Karla’s first ever time shelling! She wanted to find something a little different to do…. so she said she discovered this new world of seashells and wanted to experience it.
I think she’s pretty happy with her finds!
Nice. You can tell by her smile that she is hooked . . . just like the rest of us, lol!
What beautiful skies you have captured in your photos!!! The Sanibel Island Lighthouse photo and that Great White Heron photo are both ones that could pass for paintings!!! Really nice photos!!! Thank you for sharing them!!
Love the photo of the Sanibel Lighthouse. Brings back great memories.
Photos are quite lovely…like a painting!
What is the brown and white shell in Carla’s bag, the one in the middle? Thanks.
Great pictures!! Love the one of the Great White Heron. Yeah, Karla’s hooked for life!
Thank you for the great pictures. Brightens my day!! I’m hooked on your sight.
Love the heron and sky picture
That’s a lot of nice shells for her first time out. Talk about setting expectations high :)
