Top of the mornin’ to ya! Wouldn’t you feel luckier seeing a “Four Cleat Plover” rather than a “Four Leaf Clover”? Well, I did!
I felt lucky and charmed when I spotted this cutie little SNOWY PLOVER while walking the beach at Gulfside City Park. Ok, maybe one doesn’t normally call his four little toes on each foot “cleats” but for the sake of St Paddy’s day, I’m taking creative license with this one. heehee
May your day be filled with luck and charm as well! Happy St Patricks Day!
Our iLoveShelling cruise to Cayo Costa was EXSHELLENT yesterday! I’ll have photos coming up soon but until then I have one more lucky charm… here’s a four leaf clover too!
Little cutie! Happy St. P Day everyone. :)
I would much rather be seeing a “Four Cleat Plover”!! Thanks Pam!
I love your posts …..But I have to admit, they drive me batty … I am itching to come back !!!!
If I decide to run away and show up on your doorstep don’t be alarmed *lol*
That is too cute!!! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Happy St, Patrick’s Day to all !.
What a cutie patootie! Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you and all our shelling buddies!
Happy Saint Patricks Day
What a cute little fellow! Happy St. Patricks Day!
Funny, your picture of the “four leaf clover” looks familiar. Then I looked at the calendar in our kitchen and noticed that it is the beautiful picture for March. So glad that we got that from our “calendar girl”.
Happy (Belated) St Pats Day!
Beautiful and dainty little plover. I was in Sanibel the last week in January and though I came for the shells, I was overwhelmed by the birds. Would love more wildlife in your posts — but don’t leave out the shells! Shell photos are the reason I check every day hoping to see I Love Shelling post in my inbox.
Please explain what a wrack line is.
Thanks
Cant wait until May 7th. Will be at the Island Inn then.

Adorable! Happy St. Patrick’s day everyone!
