Thank you so much Mrs. Rambo!!!!!!! I live in Maryland, but we got to go down to the Chesapeake Bay, Flag Pond Nature Park, yesterday to search for shark teeth. Of course shells are better, but I was happy to be at the beach and beachcombing again!!!!!
Also, what kind of shell was that Top Shell that you found in the video? I found a couple on my trip to Sanibel last month.
After many times at South Seas, I know just where you were walking…miss it so much right now. It’s lovely in PA today but there’s no beach! Thanks for sharing!
How unfair to see that, with my being back in Texas for a few weeks…..I miss HOME !
Honestly Pam, that was perfect video of life on Sanibel ….thank you for sharing.
I thank you, too, Pam for the beautiful video as we head through northern Georgia on day #2 of our drive to our non-seashell destination. Happy Memorial Day!
Thank you. This came at the perfect time, much like all of your blog. Your diaries keep me going. One day I will be able to be there but in the meantime, I am up here in NC at Cape Lookout and on line looking at I Love Shelling. thank you for the dreams and hopes
Thanks Pam, I needed that!!!
Thanks, Pam. Made my day:)
Thanks, Pam. A great start to our Memorial Day!

That’s the Tampa Bay top shell. It has straight sides. Here is a pic of one:

It’s not very common on Sanibel, but it’s more common than the sculptured top shell (with rounded whorls) that Pam has found also.

Thanks Pam. It’s a beautiful day in Minnesota but I’d still rather be there on that beach!
NIce video but it makes me miss it even more!!!
It’s so soothing to hear the gentle lap of the waves on the beach. Love the two shells you picked up. Enjoy the weather and the shells. Pat
ahhhhhhhh….. SEA~RIOUSLY SENSATIONAL for the SOUL :)
Pam, thank you…
This video is real therapy from which many will feel pure joy.

So relaxing and lovely. I like the way the low angle make the tiny waves look like big breakers. :)
Wow, what a nice escape. A lovely video…pleasant music and the sounds of the water breaking.
Maybe we should call this video therapy!
Thank you, Pam!
Thank you, Pam…
Thank you for reminding us that the simplest things in life bring the most joy. What a lovely tribute for Memorial Day.

I just want to watch the video over and over in a loop–thanks, Pam. This came at just the right time. You always seem to know!
